Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on August 10 worked with Ho Chi Minh City’s key officials on the city’s socio-economic development achievements and the implementation of Resolution 98/2023/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the city’s development.
