Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held talks with Chinese Premier Li Qiang in Dalian city, China’s Liaoning province on June 24. The Vietnamese leader is in a working trip to China for the 15th World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting of the New Champions and working sessions from June 24 to 27.
