Buriram: The president of the Lawyers Council is preparing to sue the father and son of the Hun family for ordering the rocket launch. Dr. Wichian expressed his concern for the people living along the border between Thailand and Cambodia and offered his support to the brave soldiers in protecting and preserving Thailand’s territory.

In this regard, we are preparing to present a proposal to the government to prosecute the Cambodian leader for ordering the firing of the BM-21 rocket, which resulted in the deaths of Thai citizens, so that criminal proceedings can be brought before the International Criminal Court (ICC). We will also assist the public by filing a civil lawsuit for damages for the violation, which will be filed against the Cambodian leader in the Civil Court.
