President To Lam on June 10 offered incense in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at a temple located at the Pac Bo special national relic site in Truong Ha commune, Ha Quang district, as part of his working trip to the northern mountainous province of Cao Bang. The President and his entourage expressed their gratitude to the late leader, who devoted his entire life to the struggle for national liberation and reunification, along with freedom and happiness of the Vietnamese people.
