Prime Minister Paethongtarn Avoids Questions on Thai-Cambodian Border Issue

Bangkok: The Prime Minister declined to answer questions about the Thai-Cambodian border issue. “Prime Minister Paethongtarn” declined to answer inquiries regarding the border situation before smiling at the media and promptly leaving for Bangkok. This interaction occurred after her visit to the large groundwater supply project aimed at addressing drought conditions in Kanchanaburi Province.

According to Thai News Agency, the Prime Minister was asked by reporters if the public could remain confident and reassured about the situation at the Thai-Cambodian border and how she plans to support military personnel in the region. However, she chose not to respond to these questions, instead smiling at the gathered media before departing.

Later in the evening, Prime Minister Paethongtarn is scheduled to inaugurate the OTOP MIDYEAR 2025 event. The event, themed ’77 Provinces, 77 Stories, 77 Inspirations’, will be held from 7-15 June 2025 at Impact Muang Thong Thani in Nonthaburi Province.
