Bangkok: The Prime Minister praised “Opal” for winning 3rd runner-up in Miss Universe 2024, saying she did a great job, believing Thai people are pleased and will give her encouragement.

According to Thai News Agency, after announcing the results of the cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Paethongtarn Shinawatra talked about the Miss Universe 2024 competition, saying that she personally saw it on the news but did not watch it during the competition when Opal Suchata Chuangsri, Miss Universe Thailand 2024, won 3rd runner-up in Miss Universe 2024 because she was at the APEC meeting.

The Prime Minister expressed her commendation for Opal, highlighting her beauty and the encouragement she brings. She emphasized that sending Thai representatives to international platforms always brings joy, and Opal has done an excellent job in representing the country.
