Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received in Hanoi on July 25 former Japanese Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide who is in Vietnam to attend the state funeral of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong.
