Soldiers from Quang Binh province’s Ca Xeng Border Guard Station mobilised men and machines to help Ruc ethnic people harvest winter – spring crop in Mo O O O village (Minh Hoa district). The harvest is abundant this year, with a highest yield ever recorded of 51 quintals per hectare, giving a total output of 27 tons of rice.
