Pak kret: Nonthaburi police and the Nonthaburi Tiger Unit 66, in conjunction with local administrative officials and officers from the Office of the Narcotics Control Board Region 1, executed a raid on a popular pub in the Pak Kret area, where they discovered ketamine and various drug paraphernalia. Urine tests on 16 patrons returned positive results for drug use.
According to Thai News Agency, the operation was spearheaded by Pak Kret Police Station, Nonthaburi Province, under the leadership of Pol. Col. Chakkraphong Nuchphadung, Deputy Commander of Nonthaburi Provincial Police. Over 70 officers from various units, including Pak Kret Police Station officers, Nonthaburi Provincial Police Investigation Division officers, the “Nonthaburi Tiger 66” Special Operations Unit, Pak Kret Provincial and District Administration officials, and Office of the Narcotics Control Board Region 1 officers, were deployed to conduct a social order inspection of entertainment venues within their jurisdiction.

id was a well-known entertainment venue located on Prachachuen Road, Bang Talat Subdistrict, Pak Kret District. During the operation, officers conducted random searches of both male and female patrons, administered urine tests for drug use, and searched for firearms.
The inspection revealed seven packages of ketamine hidden in an ice bucket and discarded on the floor, along with several items of drug paraphernalia. These were collected as evidence. Subsequently, officers conducted urine tests on the pub’s customers, and 16 individuals-comprising 12 men and four women-tested positive for drugs. Additionally, four or five knives were found concealed within the premises.
The authorities apprehended all individuals who tested positive and referred them for screening and treatment in accordance with legal procedures. The collected evidence, including drugs, paraphernalia, and knives, was sent to investigators at Pak Kret Police Station for further prosecution. The investigation aims to track down the drug owners
and distributors and assess whether the venue violated regulations by operating beyond permitted hours, potentially leading to further legal action.
