The Election Commission of Thailand announced the return of Kanat Muennoo as a candidate for election. List MP No. 44 of Bhumjaithai Party

The Election Commission of Thailand informed that after Mr. Kanat Muennoo, the 44th party-list candidate for the House of Representatives of the Bhumjaithai Party Is disqualified or has prohibited characteristics and now the Supreme Court has issued an order in the black case No. Lor Sor Sor 5/2566, the red case No. Lor Sor Sor 28/2566 on May 3, 2023, allowing Mr. Khanat Muen Noo is the 44th party-list candidate of the Bhumjaithai Party, therefore, by virtue of Section 59 of the Election Act, in conjunction with Article 105 of the Regulations. The Election Commission on the election of MPs therefore announced Mr. Kanat Muennoo as the 44th party-list candidate for the Bhumjaithai Party. – Thai News Agency
