Royal Kathina Ceremony Conducted by Thai Beverage Public Company Limited at Wat Thewaratkuncharoen Worawihan

Bangkok: His Majesty the King has graciously bestowed the Kathin robes for the year 2025, as requested by Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, represented by Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, Chairman of the Board, to be presented to the monks at Wat Thewarat Kunchorn Worawihan, Si Ayutthaya Road, Wachiraphayaban Subdistrict, Dusit District, Bangkok, to preserve Buddhism and continue the beautiful Thai traditions.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, Chief Executive Officer, presided over the royal Kathina robe offering ceremony, along with the board of directors, advisors, executives, employees, and distinguished guests from government and private agencies, as well as the faithful, who all participated in the ceremony. Thai Beverage Public Company Limited made a donation of 1,000,000 baht, while the board of directors, advisors, executives, and employees of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries made a donation of 560,766.99 baht, while the general public made a donation of 26,133 baht, and the monks and novices made a donation of 58,500 baht.

On this occasion, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited also presented three scholarships worth 10,000 baht each to support school development. These scholarships include the Wat Thewarat Kunchorn School scholarship, the Faculty of Home Economics at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon scholarship, and the Suksanari Wittaya School scholarship. The total donations from the Royal Kathin robe offering ceremony were 1,675,399.99 baht, amidst a gathering of devotees who rejoiced in the merit-making.
