Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay a state visit to Vietnam from June 19 to 20, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced. The visit will be made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong.
