To date, the Thai athletes have won 1 gold medal from Panipak Wongpattanakit in Taekwondo, 3 silver medals from Kunlavut Vitidsarn in badminton, Thiraphong Silachai in weightlifting, and Wiraphon Wichuma in weightlifting, and 2 bronze medals from Chanchaem Suwanpheng in boxing and Surajana Khambao in weightlifting. If compared to the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan, the Thai national team won 1 gold medal and 1 bronze medal, which is considered a significant improvement.

Women’s golf at the 2024 Olympics at Le Golf National, par 72, France, round 3 ended with “Pro Jin” Atthaya Thitikul, a Thai national female golfer, ranked 15th in the world, adding 3 under par from making 6 birdies and losing 3 bogeys, with a total score of 6 under par 210, ranking 5th and still having a chance to win a medal.
