Search Intensifies for Children of Kok An Following Court-Issued Arrest Warrants

Bangkok: Cyber police have ramped up their search efforts after the court issued arrest warrants for three children of Mr. Kok An, linked to transnational crimes involving a notorious call center gang.

According to Thai News Agency, Pol. Lt. Gen. Trirong Phiwpaen, Commander of the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD), directed Pol. Maj. Gen. Wiwat Khamchamnan, and other officials, to execute a Criminal Court warrant, targeting locations in Bangkok and other regions including Sathon and Suan Luang districts in Sa Kaeo Province. This operation follows the collection of evidence related to Mr. Kok An, a Cambodian businessman and casino owner, who is connected to Mr. Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Senate.

The cyber police executed searches at 19 locations on July 8, 2025, seizing assets worth millions of baht. Subsequently, further evidence was gathered, leading the Criminal Court to issue additional arrest warrants for individuals connected to the call center gang. Among them are Mr. Kok An’s children: Ms. Juri, Ms. Phu Cher Lin, and Mr. Kittisak, charged with participation in transnational crime organizations. These arrest warrants, numbered 4075/2025, 4079/2025, and 4080/2025 respectively, were issued on July 14, 2025.

Furthermore, the Department of Provincial Administration, under the Ministry of Interior, has initiated an investigation after cyber police discovered irregularities concerning the Thai national ID cards held by Ms. Juri, Ms. Phu Cher Lin, and Mr. Kittisak.
