Bangkok: The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has appointed Panwadi Ladawan Na Ayutthaya as Deputy Managing Director, effective August 1, 2025.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Panwadee Ladawan Na Ayudhya will assume the role of Deputy Managing Director and Head of Human Resources and Organization Development. Her responsibilities will include overseeing internal human resource development and capital market knowledge development, with a focus on corporate communications and facilities resources. This appointment is intended to integrate personnel development and enhance business strength.
Mr. Asadej Kongsiri, Director and President of the SET, stated that the decision to appoint Ms. Panwadee was made during the SET Board of Directors' meeting on July 16, 2025. As the Chief People Officer, she will manage human resources, organizational development, facilities management, corporate communications, and capital market knowledge development. This comprehensive approach to human resource development will involve all internal and external stakeholders, including SET personnel, entrepreneurs, investors, youth, and the general public. The SET expects that Ms. Panwadee's expertise and experience will be instrumental in fostering a robust organizational culture that aligns with the SET's strategic goals.
Ms. Panwadi has been associated with the SET since 2002 and has a wide range of experience in issuer work, listed company development, capital market knowledge development, human resources, and organizational development. She also has experience in facility management and corporate communications. Her academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Political Science (International Relations) with first-class honors from Chulalongkorn University, a master's degree in Information Technology from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, and a master's degree in Business Administration for Executives from the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University. Additionally, she is a certified financial planner (CFP).
