Santiago: State President Luong Cuong met with Karol Aída Cariola Oliva, Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile and President of the Chile – Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Group in Santiago on November 11 during his ongoing official visit to Chile.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation between the legislative bodies of both nations. Discussions also included topics such as economic collaboration, cultural exchange, and shared interests in international forums. Both leaders emphasized the importance of parliamentary diplomacy in fostering mutual understanding and friendship between Chile and Vietnam.
