Bangkok: Thai stocks experienced an upward trend as the Stock Exchange of Thailand closed at 1,244.14 points, marking an increase of 10.46 points, or 0.85%. The trading value for the day stood at 54.67 billion baht.

According to Thai News Agency, the stock trading activity showed a consistent rise throughout the afternoon session. The index reached a peak of 1,245.44 points and a low of 1,234.21 points during the day. Out of the securities traded, 349 experienced gains, 123 recorded losses, and 178 remained unchanged.
