In related updates, Ms. Sasikan Wattanachan, Deputy Government Spokesperson, announced the appointment of Ms. Panadda Wongphudee as the volunteer CCSA spokesperson. Her role is to disseminate accurate information online, countering misinformation. The primary mission remains ensuring the safety of citizens and facilitating their safe return to confirmed safe areas. The Ministry of Interior is coordinating with military units to assess these areas.

Over 22,600 officials from the Ministry of Interior continue to operate in the region. Emergency relief zones have been established in seven provinces, with temporary shelters set up in four. However, there are still BM-21 rockets in the area, and security forces are actively working to remove these to ensure the safety of returning residents.
