Representatives of the Vietnamese and French armies will soon sign a letter of trust, which covers various contents directly related to the northwestern mountainous province of Dien Bien, visiting French Secretary of State for Veterans and Memory Patricia Miralles said at a meeting with provincial leaders on May 5. While in Dien Bien, the French leader also visited the Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum on the same day.
