Vietnamese President To Lam and visiting Russian President Vladimir Putin on June 20 witnessed the exchange of cooperation documents signed between the two countries’ ministries and agencies. Later, the two leaders held a joint press conference. President Putin is on a state visit to Vietnam from June 19-20 at an invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong.
