According to Thai News Agency, Dr. Prommin Lertsuridej, Secretary-General to the Prime Minister, addressed concerns raised about the impact on the performance of Constitutional Court judges whose terms have expired, but who continue to serve as members of the panel considering the Prime Minister’s case. Dr. Prommin urged the Constitutional Court to inquire about the impact, as it raises questions.
When asked whether he would write a letter to the Constitutional Court, Dr. Prommin said he would not do so. Additionally, when questioned about whether the person responsible for carrying out the operation must be a stakeholder, Dr. Prommin stated he did not know and would not comment.
