Minister Santi Observes Positive Response to ‘Half-Half Plus’ Program at Government House

Bangkok: Minister Santi inspected shops participating in the “Half-Half Plus” program at the cafeteria in Building 1, Government House. Operators reported a positive response, with customers continuing to exercise their rights.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Santi Piyatat, Minister to the Prime Minister’s Office, along with his team and the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB), visited the cafeteria at the Government House Command Building to inspect participating merchants in the “Half-Half Plus” program. The atmosphere was lively on the second day after the program’s launch, with the various merchants consistently attracting interest from eligible users.

Entrepreneurs revealed that the “Half-Half Plus” program has been well-received, with customers continually using their rights, resulting in increased sales. They hope the program will continue, as it benefits both merchants and the public.

Mr. Santi invited registered voters to exercise their rights under the project to stimulate the economy. He emphasized that if anyone encounters any unfairness in the exercise of their rights, they can file a complaint at the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) hotline at 1166, available 24 hours a day.
