According to Thai News Agency, the incident occurred in a local neighborhood where the monitor lizard managed to enter the residence, leading to the homeowner’s alarm. The homeowner later recounted their shock upon discovering the large reptile, thinking at first that it was a crocodile making its way into the house.
In another part of Phatthalung, villagers have been gathering around a 100-year-old Takhian tree and a pair of golden eels, hoping to gain good fortune. These local attractions have drawn considerable attention from the community, becoming a focal point for those seeking luck and prosperity.
