Sa kaeo: The Governor of Sa Kaeo has issued an apology for the misunderstandings concerning the land title deeds in the Ban Nong Chan area, affirming that the region is indeed part of the Kingdom of Thailand. He urged members of the public possessing relevant evidence to proceed with applications for land title deeds.
According to Thai News Agency, the Sattahip District Office publicized a message from the Governor of Sattahip Province on August 23, 2015. The message aimed to clarify details about the land title deeds for villagers residing in Nong Chan, Khok Sung District. The Governor expressed regret for any confusion caused regarding the land’s status and reaffirmed its location within Thailand’s borders.
Residents with evidence of land possession notification (SorKor.1), reservation form (SorKor.2), and certificate of utilization (SorKor.3) for the Ban Nong Chan area, specifically around boundary markers 45-49, are encouraged to submit their documentation to the Sa Kaeo Provincial Land Office, Aranyaprathet Branch. The officials are set to issue land title deeds to all eligible applicants as per the legal framework.
