Muang Thai Life Assurance Launches #BLOODCONNECT Project to Inspire Gen Z in Blood Donation Drive

Bangkok: Muang Thai Life Assurance has announced its initiative, the #BLOODCONNECT project, aiming to encourage the new generation, particularly Gen Z, to participate in blood donation activities. This initiative is designed to highlight the importance of contributing to societal change through small yet impactful actions like donating blood, thereby offering life and hope to patients in need.

According to Thai News Agency, the company is extending an invitation to all Thai citizens aged 17 and above and in good health to engage in this act of generosity. The goal is to foster a caring community where everyone contributes to helping others, as every blood donation is a chance for many lives to continue thriving. Donations can be made at the National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society, seven fixed blood donation units, 12 National Blood Service Centers, and National Blood Service Branch Hospitals nationwide.

Muang Thai Life Assurance has consistently promoted blood donation through its initiative 'Happiness of the Giver.Fulfilling the Heart of the Receiver.' From 2024 to June 2025, the company, alongside its executives and employees, collected 384,800 cc of blood, showcasing their commitment to social responsibility and providing opportunities for patients.

The company has organized a blood donation event at Phothiphong Health Park, located at their head office, scheduled for Thursday, June 26, 2025. This event invites executives, employees, and others interested in making a blood donation. Further blood donation activities are planned in Bangkok on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, and Tuesday, December 23, 2025. The regional offices in Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, and Hat Yai are in the process of planning similar events, with announcements to follow.
